Shipping and Returns
Eché pots does not currently ship plant procucts. All our pots are shipped Australia-wide using Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post. Products will be posted the next day after an order is confirmed. As all our pots are handcrafted and one of a kind, occasionally we may need to extend our processing time. In this event, the customer will be notified.
Eché pots will accept ‘change of mind’ returns if the following conditions are met.
- The product is in new and unused condition.
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the product being shipped from our facility.
- The customer will be responsible for all return postage costs.
Eché pots will accept all damaged product returns on a case by case basis. If you have a question regarding damage to a product please contact us here.
